Description:
BM series Electric Bain Marie is the new electric product which is designed and developed with advanced technology. It features five 6L warming pans with lids, which keeps food at its optimum temperature without overcooking or burning. This device adpots a glass dustproof cover and a LCD tempertaure indicator which will help you control water temperature easily. This electrical wet bain marie keeps food hot up to 110°C, to make sure food such as soup, curry and chilli, stay tasting delicious. Wet well bain marie is fantastic because the steam created by the water well helps to keep food moist and remains at a consistent temperature throughout service.

Notes:
1. Please wash the pan before first using.
2. Prohibit heating without water and make sure water will cover the heating tube any time.
3. Use thread seal tape to wrap the water outlet before tighten the faucet; otherwise it will not stand vertically and uprightly.
4. After a long time working,  the water will decrease. Remember to add water to the tank in time, which prevents it from drying out!
5. The two pieces tempered glass are shipped as gift, not standard/common parts for the machine. We have tried our best to pack the glass well with double cases, thus reducing the possible damage. But it can't ensure absolutely intact. Once the glass is broken, please forgive us that we will not send the replaceable glass due to high shipping costs. So you need to buy it in your local shop.
